Q. How can I participate in the online consultations?
Simply click on the SIGN UP tab at the top right hand of the page, when prompted create a USERNAME create a PASSWORD of your choice, provide a valid email address, your age, gender and the location in which you live. Note: Your comments will appear under your user name, so consider choosing a user name that is unidentifiable if you wish to comment anonymously.
You will need to register and log in to participate in the online discussion forums so that comments can appear publicly under your username. You do not have to sign up or be logged on to participate in the surveys and questionnaires.
Q. Is my privacy protected?
Yes! Your privacy is absolutely protected and Council and Bang the Table will only use your email to contact you with updates and to invite you to participate in consultations. Your email address will not be distributed to any third party or used for any other purpose. You may like to review our privacy statement.
Q. How are comments moderated?
All moderation is carried out by Bang the Table and all moderation is independent to Council. The moderators do not edit or alter any comments and will only remove comments deemed to be significantly off topic, offensive or malicious, in which case they are removed from the site immediately. Refer to the moderation guidelines.
Q. What rules apply to the online Discussion Forums?
Participation in the on-line discussion forums is governed by terms that you are asked to agree with when you register to participate. Read the Terms of Use.
