Do you have suggestions for the 'Have Your Say' web pages?

Studies show that about 90% of comments submitted to online discussion forums come from about 1% of those viewing or 'lurking'. 

Do you have ideas about what we could do to encourage more people to contribute their ideas and feedback through these 'Have Your Say' pages and discussion forums? 

What else would you like to see on these pages?  What do you like or not like?
